I want my play points back lol, crazy to find out that if you dont play the game, you lose your account. Stopped playing back in 2019 or something like that, saw that there was a neat noble frame to use my play points on, just to re-download the game and find out that my account is gone. Got the frame, but im not going to waste my time on a game that won't help in any way. Unfortunate too as my other account had a lot of time and money put into it, so it's pretty upsetting. Is what it is, though

Can be very glitchy, sometimes completely crashes during games causing me to automatically lose. Will pause the game for minutes at a time if you or your opponent's connection isn't perfect. Frequently deletes all my customizations to the chat order, will not save them for more than a day or two. Pop-up ads are also incredibly annoying, it's like they want you to accidentally buy something. I wish there was a good alternative with physics as realistic as this game, because this app is awful.

I've played a few matches after downloading the game, and surprisingly I've met 2x more people brazenly hacking. they don't even try to hide it, the guide line is pointing in one direction and the cue ball goes another, banking off the walls multiple times before potting a ball, no need for adjustments, they just full send it and it always lands.
