When I click on anything in the app the screen goes completely black. I have done a force stop and also uninstalled/reinstalled the app. I even went as far as to restart our router and my phone. There is a limited time on some of the monthly events (that I actually paid for) and I am unable to do anything in the game. I am really frustrated because other family members in the house are not having any issues and one of them has the same phone as me.

As immersive as you allow it to be. The framework of the game is very outdated, but it gets the job done. Still a lot to be desired (better achievement system would be a great start), but I'm afraid a new game would have to be created to get a much better experience. Addictive, gets you out, gets you walking/running, and there are people playing it almost everywhere if you want to socialize. Amazing game.

Update to add: since the recent update was sent out, the app says there is no update available but my game keeps crashing. At this point, I can't even play it which is just depressing cause I really like the game. I love the game. I really do. But since the recent updates, all it does is crash. I deleted it and will reinstall it so hopefully that fixes it. If not, I will give an update.
