Introduction
Wingspan is a relaxing, award-winning strategy card game about birds for 1 to 5 players. Each bird you play extends a chain of powerful combinations in one of your three habitats. Your goal is to discover and attract the best birds to your network of wildlife preserves.
You are bird enthusiasts—researchers, bird watchers, ornithologists, and collectors—seeking to discover and attract the best birds to your network of wildlife preserves. Each bird extends a chain of powerful combinations in one of your habitats. Each habitat focuses on a key aspect of the growth of your preserves.
In Wingspan up to 5 players compete to build up their nature preserves in a limited number of turns. Each beautiful bird that you add to your preserve makes you better at laying eggs, drawing cards, or gathering food. Many of the 170 unique birds have powers that echo real life: your hawks will hunt, your pelicans will fish, and your geese will form a flock.
Features:
* Relaxing strategy card game where your goal is to discover and attract the best birds.
* Single player and multiplayer modes for up to five players.
* Based on the award winning, competitive, medium-weight, card-driven, engine-building board game.
* Hundreds of unique, animated birds with their real life sound recordings.
* Multiple ways to accumulate points with birds, bonus cards and end-of-round goals.

accessibilityFun board game. Text too small to read on Phone screen. Needs ways to enlarge or zoom in. Also I don't see a way to easily view bird cards in hand if I draw a LOT of cards. For a new player, it can be difficult to understand the rules with the included tutorial. But after I played some rounds with friends, I figured out strategies.

servicedesignupdates_and_maintenanceperformance_and_bugsmonetizationA really dynamic take on board games that has multiple styles of gameplay on and offline. Beautiful art and intuitive to use. My main critique is that the online game play with real humans would definitely be sad to even shorter timers because 3 minutes per turn can feel pretty painful. In the year and a half that I've had this game, I've purchased multiple expansions cuz it's been completely worth it, you can also see how frequently they do updates and patches when problems when glitches arise.

designuser_data_and_privacyPoor UX and bad use of screen space. I am on a 10+" tablet and there is plenty of space to show the entire tableau. Instead, we are forced to constantly scroll up and down to see all the cards, making this game cumbersome to play. The bird tray is frequently blocked at times it is really important to know what is there. I played through this frustration for a few games last night, but reached for the refund button today.
