As immersive as you allow it to be. The framework of the game is very outdated, but it gets the job done. Still a lot to be desired (better achievement system would be a great start), but I'm afraid a new game would have to be created to get a much better experience. Addictive, gets you out, gets you walking/running, and there are people playing it almost everywhere if you want to socialize. Amazing game.

Frequent glitches, knocked out of raids randomly with no chance to catch (which wastes raid passes I've paid for), and WAY too many updates. Constantly required or you can't play, taking up time and storage on my phone. It's all really ridiculous and takes the fun out of the game. Super disappointing. And also, as others have mentioned, the Rewards that you can't even access on the website.

The game is absolutely fantastic, but not quite perfect just yet. I have a few criticisms: 1. Please add a dark mode option. No reason for there not to be one this far into the game's life. 2. Remove the daily coin limit. Why is that a thing? The amount of coins I get should be proportional to the time my Pokémon were in a gym. 3. Better hair and face customization. I want my messy bun. 4. A new non-battle focused game mode. Maybe some mini games to play with your buddy pokemon and friends.
